In addition to the facilities provided within the house,
Leathermill Grange Country Guest House offers wonderful surroundings
and a range of additional features to make your stay more
enjoyable.
Our 5 acre landscaped gardens with lake and river are available
for guests to enjoy. There is a large Carp pond with water
features, flower and shrub gardens, fruit orchard and vegetable
gardens.
A large lawn is available at the front of the house to sit
and enjoy afternoon tea or play croquet. A larger lawn is
adjacent to the house and bordered by the river Anker for
those wishing to practice their golf shots - or even land
their helicopter!
Set in the Warwickshire countryside providing scenic
views and walks all year round.
Sorry but for safety reasons we do not accept any children
under the age of 16.
Leathermill Grange maintains a non smoking policy in all rooms
of the house.
We maintain the highest level of comfort and service independently
assessed and rated with five diamonds with gold award from
the English Tourism Council and five diamonds from the AA.
Car parking for up to 20 vehicles is available in the courtyard
at the back of the house. The entrance to the courtyard from
the drive is controlled by electric gates operated from the
house. Guests can sleep easy knowing that their car is safe
in our gated courtyard.
This provides peace of mind to owners travelling in valuable
or vintage vehicles, as well as those leaving vehicles for
short periods whilst flying from Coventry Airport, Birmingham
Airport or East Midlands Airport.
Excellent fishing in the River Anker which borders Leathermill
Grange is available to Guests who hold the appropriate Licences.
A 300 meter stretch of river bank affords many suitable locations
for the angler.
A cross-trainer fitness machine is available.
